Fet Preamp inside Boss TU2

Added a point to point Don Tillman (www.till.com) Fet preamp inside a Boss TU2. Mini Bypass toggle, but you’ll NEVER turn it off.

I’ve used this preamp on many builds. Simple Altoid “TinMan” Preamps, Point to Point DI pedals, in front of a custom EQ pedal ect. It’s very low parts count, sounds great & really makes Acoustic instruments shine! Whats not to love…

• Discrete FET (Field Effect Transistor) design. FETs operate in a manner somewhat analogous to vacuum tubes.

• Very high (3.0 Mohm) input impedance. 

• Medium (6.0 Kohm) output impedance. 

• 3 dB gain. 

• Low noise.
